Delivery & Return

DELIVERY
In order to provide you with the best experience, we may use different shipping services. Depending on the deadlines announced by our service providers, deliveries can be made by La Poste or a private transport service (such as UPS, DHL, etc.).
Orders for in-stock items are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment in order to allow you to receive your order within 2 to 3 working days. For items out of stock or on pre-order, expect a delay of 3 to 4 weeks.
Deliveries are guaranteed from Monday to Friday. Delivery is free for shipments in France. It will be charged 29€ for a shipment in Europe, we do not currently ship internationally.


RETURN
You have a legal right of withdrawal that can be exercised within 14 days after receipt of the goods, without having to justify your decision. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.

This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the return of personalized or made-to-measure products. You must return the items delivered, in their original packaging, unworn and complete (boxes, overboxes, accessories, labels, safety clip, etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or used will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you. Regarding shoes, the sole must be intact. As such, it is strongly advised to try ALLEMANDI shoes on a rug or carpet.
The reimbursement of the sums paid will be made according to the method of payment used when ordering and will take place within 2 weeks after receipt and inspection of the articles by ALLEMANDI.
