PREAMBLE
www.allemandi-paris.com (hereinafter referred to as "the site") belongs to the company ALLEMANDI SASU (hereinafter referred to as "ALLEMANDI") with a capital of 5000 euros, whose registered office is located at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. It is registered with the Paris RCS under number 821726684, intra-community VAT number FR45821726684.

ARTICLE 1: PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those presented on the site on the day of the consultation of the site by the customer. This information is updated regularly and ALLEMANDI takes the greatest care in drafting this information. However, it may happen that an error occurs in the update, this error does not in any way engage the responsibility of ALLEMANDI, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.

The photographs presented for illustration purposes do not constitute a contractual document. ALLEMANDI reserves the right to modify any information present on the site without informing the customer beforehand.

The products presented on the site are delivered within the limits of available stocks. The seller will immediately inform the customer in the event of unavailability of the product ordered and may offer him an equivalent product, a purchase voucher or a refund of the sums paid.

The products sold on the site may not be resold or repackaged and resold without the written consent of ALLEMANDI.

ARTICLE 2: REGISTRATION ON THE SITE
Ordering an item does not require the customer to register on the site by creating a customer account. However, creating an account allows the customer to benefit from specific advantages and to facilitate the purchase process.

The customer's registration is validated by ALLEMANDI after verification of the registration form completed by the customer. When creating the account, the customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided and is required to always update their personal information. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, ALLEMANDI cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the order.

By creating a customer account on the site, the customer declares guarantees to ALLEMANDI that he is of legal age and has the legal capacity to contract.

ALLEMANDI reserves the right to delete the customer's account at any time.

ARTICLE 3: CHAMP D'APPLICATION
These general conditions are applicable to all sales of ALLEMANDI products made via the site.

The customer declares to have read these General Conditions of Sale before placing an order. The validation of his order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

ALLEMANDI reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time.

ARTICLE 4: ORDER
The illustrations and descriptions of the products offered for sale are provided for information only and do not engage the responsibility of ALLEMANDI at any time. Customers can obtain additional information by contacting customer service by email at contact@allemandi-paris.com.

To place an order for a product, the customer must complete an order form specifying certain mandatory fields. It is possible that in case of inactivity of the connection, the articles selected by the customer are no longer available, in this case, the customer will have to resume his order process from the beginning.

All the steps necessary for the sale will be specified on the site. The customer will have the opportunity to check the details of his order and its total price and to correct any errors before validating it. Once the customer has validated his order, ALLEMANDI will acknowledge receipt thereof electronically.

The sale will only be considered final after the order confirmation has been sent to the customer by ALLEMANDI.

ALLEMANDI reserves the right at any time to withdraw any product from sale or to modify the content relating to this product. It may happen in very rare cases that ALLEMANDI refuses to process an order after having sent the customer a confirmation email summarizing the order.

ALLEMANDI cannot be held responsible by the customer for the decision to withdraw a product from the site or the refusal to process an order. Orders placed on the site are reserved for individuals, for their own use and not for resale. As such, ALLEMANDI only sells its products in quantities corresponding to the average needs of a household.

ARTICLE 5: PRICES
The price of the items is inclusive of all taxes. The delivery costs of the items are borne by ALLEMANDI unless otherwise stated. All the prices indicated are calculated according to the VAT applicable in France, which can be different according to the country of invoicing. For sales made abroad, the payment of various duties and taxes or customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

ALLEMANDI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed at the time of registration of the order and subject to availability.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
The payment of the customer's purchases is made by credit card (cards from the "CB" network, Mastercard, Visa, American Express are accepted) as well as by electronic payment (Apple Pay, PayPal). The products are payable in cash when ordering.

Payment for purchases is made via the secure platform of our partner Stripe. The customer acknowledges that the communication of his credit card number to ALLEMANDI constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the price of the order placed.

The customer's bank card is debited when the order is prepared.

The customer also has the option of opting for payment in three instalments free of charge. This method of payment is made via our partner Alma. If the customer chooses this method of payment (subject to acceptance by Alma), a third of the amount of his order will be debited at the time of purchase, the second third one month later and the third third two months later. . Payment in three instalments free of charge cannot be made for orders of an amount greater than 2,000 euros.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
Depending on the deadlines announced by our service providers, deliveries can be made by La Poste or another carrier (UPS, DHL, etc.). Deliveries are guaranteed from Monday to Friday. During the delivery of the order, the risk of loss or deterioration of the product is assumed by ALLEMANDI or by the carrier and is transferred to the customer upon delivery.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. ALLEMANDI delivers orders within a maximum of 5 to 7 days. ALLEMANDI cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery not being its fault. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment. For orders of "out of stock", "pre-order", "customized" or "tailor-made" products, the delivery time is generally 3 to 4 weeks. In accordance with the Consumer Code, the delivery of the items will take place within the deadlines communicated by ALLEMANDI and, where applicable, no later than 30 days from the date of the order, subject to full payment of the order. The customer has the option of having the items delivered to a natural person as part of a gift, for example. No deliveries can be made to hotels, business addresses or post office boxes.

The times communicated are indicative only. If, upon delivery, the external appearance of the package is not intact, the customer will open it in the presence of the carrier. If the articles are damaged, the customer will detail them on the delivery note. Delivery is free for shipments in France. It will be charged 29€ for a shipment in Europe, we do not currently ship internationally.

ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT
The customer benefits from a legal right of withdrawal which he can exercise within 14 days after receipt of the goods, if he meets the conditions laid down by these provisions, without having to justify his decision. After this period, the customer will no longer be able to exercise his right of withdrawal.

This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the return of personalized products, made to measure or according to the specifications requested by the customer.

To notify his decision to withdraw, the customer will contact ALLEMANDI customer service via the following address: contact@allemandi-paris.com.

The customer must return the items delivered, in their original packaging and complete (boxes, overboxes, accessories, etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or used will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to him. Regarding shoes, the sole must be intact. As such, it is strongly advised to try ALLEMANDI shoes on a rug or carpet.

The reimbursement of the sums paid will take place within 14 days of the date on which ALLEMANDI received the returned products and will be made according to the method of payment used when ordering. Note that in the case of a gift, the right of withdrawal remains for the benefit of the customer and cannot be exercised by the recipient of the gift.

SECTION 9: COMPLIANCE
The customer must ensure that the items delivered to him correspond to his order. In the event that the items do not comply with his order, the customer must inform the ALLEMANDI customer service department using the following address: contact@allemandi-paris.com.

The presence of a vice or an apparent defect on a product must give rise to a complaint by e-mail to contact@allemandi-paris.com within three days of delivery. The customer must explain the defect found. After this period, no complaint, return or exchange will be accepted. The customer must return the items delivered, in their original packaging and complete (boxes, overboxes, accessories, etc.). If the defect is confirmed by ALLEMANDI, it will give rise to a credit note for the benefit of the customer, an exchange, the replacement of the product or a refund of the price of the item within 14 days. In case of non-compliance with the return procedure, no exchange or refund is possible.

ARTICLE 10: COMPLAINTS
For any question, information or complaint relating to the conditions of sale or the products, the customer can contact the ALLEMANDI Customer Service via the form available online in the "Contact us" section or directly at the address contact@allemandi-paris.com.

ARTICLE 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ALLEMANDI brand as well as all figurative or non-figurative brands, illustrations, images, illustrations appearing on ALLEMANDI products, whether registered or not, remain the exclusive property of ALLEMANDI.

Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of the illustrations, images and logos, for any reason and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior consent of the ALLEMANDI company, is strictly prohibited.
